1. Eligibility

1. Bonus Terms

1. Limitation of Liability

Casea Casino is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, connection issues or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability to any player in any 12-month period shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during that period.

1. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to our certified ADR provider. Casea Casino holds a valid gaming licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
